Interviews?

I was thinking earlier, but formulated my thoughts now, that people working on the gathering forum project could be interviewed, and they could talk about what they did for the project, and what they are like. Any one have any thoughts about this?

What type of interview format should we have?
I say we do it in the forum itself, putting up a bunch of questions and have the interviewed answer them all.
we should probably have the questions occur only after their part of the project is finished.

well, we should do before and after interviews, you know, interview people through the process, not at the end. and agent, perhaps you could create the interview for each person here?
