Here, separate of the game topics elsewhere, is where you post your claiming of any canon characters and copyrights.
Please note that you MUST obey the rules of claiming canon characters and copyrights.

The rules are as such:

Reg. P-001:
Limited to claiming 5 copyrights per day.
--Addendum P-001-01:
----Previous players have first dibs on ten of their old copyrights. (Q's clarification: you get assured claim on ten, but can only claim 5 on the first day, don't ask me how this makes sense, ask Rain)
--Addendum P-001-02:
----There are three 'open-to-all' copyrights, from which players are originally based off of. These are as follow: Star Wars, Star Trek, and Stargate.
Reg. P-002:
Limited to claiming 10 characters per day. (Canon only, fannon has no limit.)

For all you new members who don't know who has dibs on what, you can relax, we administrators, or the player that (along with a LINK to the copyright PAGE), will refute it with. Remembering that patience is a virtue this time around, please obey the general Forum rules.

You may now commence claiming in five seconds after the time stamp of this post.

Note: In order to reduce clutter, the admins would like you to handle all discrepancies in the chatbox or over private message; if you need us to mediate, contact one of us over the same systems. Thank you for your compliance.

Claiming the name of the following units (I presume I can do this and provided there not already taking ) plan on having my own made up characters.

501st Legion
Wraith Squadron
Havoc Squad
Katarn Commandos
Galactic Marines
181st Imperial Fighter Wing
Skull Squadron

Due to the nature of "Free-to-All" copyrights, those being Star Wars, Star Trek, and Stargate, it is impossible to actually do this. This would be similar to claiming units, which is not allowed. To that end, you may create A, meaning there can be multiples, Rogue Squadron, or claim/make characters that form it. Same for the rest of the names on the list quoted above. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

As of this moment, you did not consult the current bearer of the 'Mass Effect' Copyright, player Greivious, for permission to use or take said items. You are hereby ordered to cease all claims regarding 'Mass Effect' until such a time you either consult the owner or request permission to use it.

Unfortunately, I must wait until player Greiv is on to contact him, but until then as far as I am aware, we have no record of any agreement occurring on this forum between you and him, thus the problem occurs. The current owner of the 'Mass Effect' copyright, in it's entirety, is player Greiv. While it is known he is allowing use of various items to other players, he has not given permission, as far as I am aware, to you on this website. Until such permission is granted you are to halt any further attempts to claim anything regarding 'Mass Effect' and relinquish any acquired items post-haste.
