Should I restart the campaign? We weren't that far in anyway. Unless someone else was planning on DMing. I have to get home early for chores and homework these days.

Well, I think that it would be better to start the campaign when there's A) Enough People B) Enough Time and C) Enough Focus. You've obviously spend quite a bit of time on this campaign and it would be a shame if your efforts were in vain.
