  a powerful axe, the earth's fury is a weapon bequeathed to Onyx by the earth itself. The axe is incredibly well made, with a sharpness able to hold up to most enchanted weapons, and can even be used to call a boulder from the ground to send at foes, without taxing Onyx's magic reserves.

• Earth magic
  
  having a special connection with the earth, Onyx can use this to manipulate the rock, dirt, and metal under our feet in various ways, causing miniature earthquakes, calling spires to impale his foes, or Smashing his foe with levitating rocks. Unlike most heroes of avalon, rather than using his earth powers reservedly, Onyx tends to prefer to use them for a few big moves, and then rely on his warrior upbringing and training to do the rest.
  
• Earth empowerment
  
  Onyx can temporarily boost his abilities by standing still and allowing the power of the earth to flow into him, increasing his strength and speed, and also allowing him to think calmly, the serene feel of the earthen energy soothing his soul.
  

Special Ability:

Crevice:
Named so for the aftereffect it creates, this move involves onyx using a variation of earth empowerment to send a large amount of energy into his axe that is released with one blow, effortlessly cutting through most defenses made against the attack. when charged, this energy seems to cause his axe to give off a green aura, that is promptly released in a dark green explosion of energy when Onyx strikes with it. The name was given when Onyx accidentally hit the ground using this move and created a large crevice in the earth, which many enemies inadvertently fell into as a result.

Biography:

Onyx was an orc warrior living near Hayldrig prior to the battle of Hayldrig. his faction had been defeated before by the kingdom of Hayldrig, and the few warriors left had ran. Auger had caught up to them and, seeking a fight, he killed many warriors, including Onyx's father, stirring the orc to a rage, attacking Auger. Auger, interested in the warriors skill, chose to knock him out rather than outright kill him. The orc was further enraged by this, and since then has sworn vengeance on him, wishing for nothing more in the world than to kill this man and allow his father to rest in peace. Onyx's people have since been all but extinguished from Hayldrig, and he now fights for Anima on the condition that she eventually restore his people.

Onyx is very skilled in combat, and through the years has learned much. He uses brute force in his fighting, definitely far more so than either Shale or Kael, who rely on technical skill and speed much moreso. Onyx has gained even further physical conditioning from his constant training, and thus is very potent in combat as a result, able to even match golems in terms of strength and power.

Onyx is a part of Shale's team of elite forces, and has served in many campaigns with him alongside Kael, who is now his best friend alongside Shale. The three have grown quite close, and become known as some of the most competent fighters in the universe itself.
