One of the last surviving human city-worlds, Arcturus was the next home for the humans when Kiltara was invaded, and virtually destroyed, by Exitium. The humans are mostly allied with Aeon, for all intents and purposes, and in their history, the Kiltaran Empire collapsed to form the weaker, but more stable, Arcturus Protectorate. Their lack of strength is mostly in part due to Exitium's ruthless campaign early in the war, which sought to eliminate all humanity outright, as they were, at the time one of the superpowers of the galaxy.

The capital, plainly named 'Home' is a testament to human unity and endurance, as it was built from the salvage gathered from decimated human worlds. It is also serves as a cathedral, and fortress, to Aeon. The Arcturus Slipstream is a technological marvel, and a testament to the former strength of the human empire. It is a massive gate generator, designed to allow the transport of massive armies to places all over the galaxy. It is this device that has allowed the humans, and Aeon, to sustain warfronts on several of their decimated colonies, preventing Exitium's advance into the core worlds.
