1: Commander Shepard is not dead

2:The choices you made in the first Mass Effect will have impact in the storyline of Mass Effect 2. Certain characters will carry over depending on the choices you made and the relationships you had with the characters from the previous game.

3:The beginning of Mass Effect 2 starts differently depending on how you played the first Mass Effect. The multiple ending possibilities, the bigger choices you made about characters, such as who lived or died are all decisions that had a long-term impact.

4:The choices you make will have a direct impact on how the story plays out. Your actions can have brutal consequences. Important characters can die.

5:Relationships will be built within party loyalty and the actions and decisions you make throughout your journey. Without the party member’s loyalty, success is less likely. You need to develop a strong and loyal squad in order to be able to succeed. They can leave your party or be killed. With the loss of a team member the player will also lose unique skill sets storyline, and subplots.

6:Players can now issue squad commands to each individual in their party. The player can map various powers and abilities, and issue commands to the squad, all in real time.

7:Exploration System made more deeper and richer. (me cant wait for this)

8: 9 new types of weapons beyond the 4 from ME1, as well as the new heavy weapon system.

9:New Squad members. They include the main characters from the spin-off iPhone and iPod Touch game Mass Effect Galaxy , Jacob Taylor and Miranda Lawson , who can be seen accompanying Shepard as squad members in the preview footage released for E3. Thane is a drell who is available for recruitment in Mass Effect 2.

10:The Illusive Man, the leader of the rogue Alliance black-ops organization Cerberus, has been confirmed to make an appearance in the game.

11: The individual limbs of enemies can be targeted, and in some cases shot off. Enemies with damaged legs will limp or crawl.

Hey guys - there would have been a new video last week but we had a few hiccups.

Probably end of the week or early next week you'll be seeing a new video for ME2 (Grunt video is old news already? - argh the weeks are flying by!).

And this one....this is kinda unlike anything we've had before in Mass Effect. I'm kinda pumped for you to see it, and see what you think.

And yeah, although ME2 is not at TGS this year, you should hopefully start to see a steadier pace of content, videos and screens etc. Actually I would post lots more of the "universe fiction" (alien races etc) but the poor team has to write that stuff and they have this little game they gotta finish
