Biography: Officially the eldest son of the Grand Kaiser, Noret actually hails from the lower classes of his homeworld, Baiton. Picked at an early age to be successor to the throne, Noret's life was initially defined by learning the administrative and military skills necessary to become Grand Kaiser. However, he and the present Grand Kaiser had a falling out some 200 years ago, and Noret left the Imperial heartland to join the forces on the military frontier. There he developed a lasting friendship with the leader of the Imperial 18th Armada, Semfiri Rori. From then on Noret has become attached to the 18th and accompanied it during its colonization missions, in which the expedition to this galaxy is included.

He soon rose to become Moff of the Braxtant Sector, after Pellaeon and Noret agreed to enter into Personal Union, it was decided that the new union state would need a Head of Government instead of Pellaeon taking the position he chose to appoint Valaras to the position. Valaras, though a competent ruler, is more of a hardliner then Noret or Pellaeon though certainly less harsh then Palpatine or his predecessor Sate Pestage.

After roughly a hundred years of service, he transferred to the regular navy and was promoted to Admiral. He soon was granted command of a colonization fleet, the 18th Armada.

A member of the 11th generation since the Event, Theo has been Emperor since he was 27(the Holy Empire still uses the Julian Calendar despite owning three planets all in different orbits and none of the same as Earth's) and being a member of the royal family was pampered his entire life. Theo lives an incrediably pampered life in comparisson to the majority of his subjects( excluding parts of the upper class and the religious orders). In order to keep a multi-planetary empire in line the monarchy has had to resort to an increasingly stronger hand and Theo has been no exception from this trend. Indeed, it appears he may be readying to dissolve the papacy and merge it with the monarchy.

Biography:
Since he was born 43 years ago Jahn has always been a devout man. So much so that the Inquisition actually invited him into its ranks (normally its a highly competitive application process, as Inquisitors are among the few with a 'high' lifestyle). He quickly rose through the Inquisition and by the time he was 35 he was the youngest leader of the body. However, as inquisitor he has payed a heavy price for his power and affluence being forced (even more then the rest of the Empire) to follow the doctrines of the church and the reactionary ideology of the monarchy. Despite this, Jahn has managed to flourish as an Inquisitor and is feared by the denizens of the Empire and respected by both the leaders of the church and the bureaucrats of the Empire.
