A cold, unforgiving world that was colonized by the Elvan Council long ago. This world, known as one of the gateways to the Elvan homeworld of Rinel, is of great strategic importance, but low value. The only city, of which sparse villages have appeared around it, is the city of Alvar. A fortress city that serves as the guard for Rinel. The other notable location is the fabled Forbidden Valley, a place known for such extreme mystic instabilities and phenomenon, but also for being greatly inhospitable and chaotic in its affects on organic creatures entering the valley.
