It's skinning time

First topic message reminder :

Well, with all the changes about to occur and whatnot around here, it's time that the forum got a new look.

So, as some of you know, it's gonna get pretty ugly (and white) to start off with. I will take criticism and critique when I ask for it, otherwise you'll just have to hold onto your opinions.

The background is just an image I grabbed from Google. My brother will be drawing us up a background based on what Quantum asked of me, so it should be cool as he is very pro at this stuff!

If its half as good as this picture, then it will be o.k.

As you have probably seen, my brother made us a pretty cool cross universe background for the skin!

That's good! Also, I hope to get more work done on the skin on either monday morning or wednesday, dunno which, my schedule is quite busy for the summer...and the fall...and the winter...

I just check the latest topics box but I glanced over the topics and couldn't notice anything amiss, I had to take a long hard stare at it before I noticed one of them tinged blue

OKey dokes, got some new graphics up today. New buttons, new logo, vote bar, I think that's about it right now. Sometime tonight and tomorrow I'm gonna work on the ranks graphics.

I tried, but it's hard to type with my fingers crossed. Guess we'll just rely on regular luck.

lol its been about 2 months now, much longer than I thought it would take, but lets remain positive its almost done, right?

Yeah, it's actually quite close, but working 40 some odd hours a week becomes a hindrance on doing things like skinning. The main problem being that in my few off hours that I get, I have to juggle several projects (Red Squad being the largest).

On that note, this was one of my days off now complete and I barely even got to touch my computer today and I have lots to do tomorrow, so we'll see!

Quantum of course isn't helping by adding new things like the Thanks button all of a sudden....

The Thanks button? Now I am required to have manners HERE, as well! I do enough of that in restaurants! THIS WILL NOT STAND!

In any case, Darkwing, I am currently impressed by how fast this is going. you're doing a good job so far. Still a few things to do though, so it's not quite a done deal. Do not fail me, DW

...At least I am not 100% sure that I recently added it, it should have been there for a while now.

It only showed up after I created all those in post buttons as it wasn't there before.
